About the Artwork

The mediums in this piece are: Images and letters on paper, burlap, canvas, modelling paste and acrylic. A snippet from an old letter from my Scottish Grandmother was the inspiration for this collage. I love the cute little lines…”We had father here for a visit…he was telling us all about your little family…Yet_we do not forget..often intended writing.but I…for I know you will find…time passes so quickly…when busy. When it comes to good intentions for the day…you feel you want rest. ” And this invitation to visit…” Glad to know you are getting…and that you are so happy…here as If we just knew your…from what father has told us…do get a visit to Scotland…surely have a little part of for…our home. It will be a pleasure.”
