The breathtaking beauty of the day begged to be captured. As we returned from a hike to the Plain of the Six Glaciers, we sat on a waterfront bench with the shimmering turquoise waters of Lake Louise in front of us. The hush of the mountains embraced us, the fresh alpine air whispering through the trees. This painting is an homage to that moment – a celebration of nature’s colours, the lingering energy of the hike, and the unspoken harmony that made everything feel just right.
This ‘mini’ was a sampler for a larger painting of Lake Louise.
