Tofino BC is where I was born ,my family spent a lot of time on the beaches, I have only been back twice since I was a baby. These little huts are erected on the beach by people spending time there enjoying the sand and surf, they are there for a bit and different people add on to them and decorate with rocks , shells ,kelp and other beach treasures , eventually the wind and tides take them down again. Tofino is a busy little tourist town with amazing little shops and beautiful art galleries,defiantly worth the trip.
