About the Artwork

This delicate paper crane is carefully held floating in front of the encircling safety of the nest. The paper crane is a symbol of peace, love, hope and healing during difficult times. The hand cupped at the bottom is ready to catch in case the frail string brakes. This image is a reminder of the importance to hold on tight and protect the vulnerability of Peace and Trust so it can 'take flight' - In anticipation of hope that people can be free and thrive.
