This bulb can’t wait for a spot in the garden. At first, it shyly sprouts a bud and a flower close to “home.” Then gathering confidence, it enthusiastically shoots out blooms in all directions to create a joyful bouquet.
The dry brush technique is used in this painting, resulting in the delicate detail of the bulb and the blooms.
