Rocks. I find I have a fascination with them. They represent strength, resilience and yes, a sense of beauty. I love the contrast of their sharp, hard, gray surface with the soft, fluttery, green leaves on the branches that grow amongst them. The pair seem to have a bond of friendship, sharing the space, and sharing the struggles of life together. These Rocks and Bushes are found on the shoreline of Hicks Lake. A favourite place for me to visit over the years with my family. Lots of memories buried in their crevices.

Wildlife Artist Wendy Mould is excited to share her joy and love for the secrets of nature found along a West Coast Trail: the glowing mosses hanging from the trees, a deer drinking quietly at the creek, or a Bald Eagle watching over the Tidal Pools.
"Walking the trail nourishes the soul, frees the spirit and puts life in perspective."
