About the Artwork
Nothing can describe the desolation climate change is creating especially here in BC with the glaciers and forests. We can see the effects now. I was fortunate years ago to climb some distance up the Mummery Glacier north of Golden and even then seeing the dead trees and scarred, bare rock was disturbing.. I painted this to convey how it felt.
