This ink illustration emerged with a feeling of love, unity, and an intimate connection between two beings. The meshing of their heads in the line work represents the complexity of human connection, and the beauty of profound relationships. Using only lines in black ink, I sought to convey the depth of emotion and the intricate interplay between two individuals. The absence of shading emphasized the contours and negative space to create form and meaning. The heart that formed between the figures emerged organically from the connecting lines, symbolizing the love that grows from shared experiences.
