Theresa Wimbles

NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia

My creative experience is a subconscious view of the natural, as sensual rhythm meets realism and organic abstract meets shape, color and line. I create from childhood memories and photos of days spent outdoors exploring west coast beaches, and landscapes, or sometimes just simply observing life from a creative place. In my art I use a diversity of mediums to convey a visual remembrance, a trance like state for the viewer’s imagination to ponder closely, and to reflect in the wonder of nature’s complex beauty.
