I was inspired by a photograph of a bridge in Utrecht, Netherlands on the Kromme Rijn. Employing glazing techniques I rendered the water’s reflections and the diverse tree species lining the riverbanks. The glow of warm yellows evoke a sunny summer atmosphere, and a castle is visible in the background. I enjoyed capturing the scene’s details and light, highlighting Utrecht’s characteristic landscape.
