About the Artwork

During an outdoor workshop in Port Moody at the seaside along the inlet I painted this watercolour. It remains one of my favourites. It really captures simply the feeling of the wind and water and the sunny day. My loose watercolour style was influenced by my studies with Toni Onley who I was happy to call a friend. I continue to share this style of painting through workshops that I offer at my studio.
