Tangled Bloom grew out of a moment of wild energy — layers of sweeping brushstrokes twisting together like stems in a windstorm. I was thinking about how beauty often emerges from chaos, how growth and mess coexist in the same breath. The pinks and violets reach across fields of grey and amber, pulling each other into balance — raw, imperfect, alive.

My paintings are simultaneous explorations of what I see, where I’ve been and how I want to feel. Like me, they are multilayered, complex and full of surprises. I learn something new about myself with each new piece.
"I am unapologetic in my use of colour. The world is a bright, beautiful place and I want to express this in my work."
