C$500
My vibrantly colourfull mixed-media abstract of shapes reaching out to all edges was created with acrylic paints, along with some gold and silver foil paper collage, glass bead gel and clear tar gel – a combination of several mixed acrylic media on deep canvas using brushes, palette knives and other helpful tools. A protective coat of varnish covers the entire artwork which actually has a very smooth flattened surface. By the time it was completed the feeling, process and look of many transitions and transitioning vibes in it all inspired the title.
