The “Dance of Life” is about the beautiful interaction (dance, per say) that occurs between cultures and people in this wonderfully dynamic world. There is tension between the tight grip of society and freedom we are called to. These references are portrayed by the symbolism juxtaposed visually by images, but also through the different techniques used. The silkscreen print from an original drawing, combined with oil and pastel and bound together by resin in order to pull the viewer in to discover the artistic approach and possible meaning behind it all.
