About the Artwork

This artwork depicts a lively woodland scene centered on a small brown squirrel perched on a thick, weathered rope that diagonally spans the composition. The squirrel’s fur is finely detailed, with its fluffy tail raised, adding a sense of alertness and energy. Surrounding it is a lush forest floor filled with ferns, moss, and delicate white wildflowers that soften the earthy ground tones.

The rope, with its twisted strands highlighted in cool grays and blues, contrasts beautifully against the warm browns of the squirrel and the vibrant greens of the foliage. In the background, large leaves and a moss-covered log
