About the Artwork

Move Over, Therapy Dogs. Hello, Therapy Cows.

Cows have a higher body temperature than humans — about 101 degrees Fahrenheit — and their heart rate is slower, both qualities that help people relax. Cows also like to lie down when they're digesting their food, allowing people to stroke them, hug them and sit with them. Cow therapy or cow-cuddling is an actual thing for mental health…Google it!
