Sharka Leigh is an acrylic painter from North Vancouver. Her work is recognized for its combination of composition, subject matter and detailed style.

Leigh usually paints cows, and is recognized for her beautiful bovine portraits that have been purchased by collectors from around the world. What some don’t know is that she also paints a variety of other subject matter as well. From people to landscapes, to flowers and still life, she paints many different subjects.

Whenever Leigh gets “stuck” in her art she tries something new. Her art is a journey, and she tries to expand her horizon every year.
