Impressionist 11x14" Oil on panel painting of a pair of Sandhill Cranes during courtship.
When we lived in the country we had Sandhill Cranes nesting in the marshes behind our property. They would often come to our fields to eat and mate. I was lucky enough to capture the courtship early one spring morning.
