C$2,500
This is a scene of Waterfront station in Vancouver B.C. on Christmas eve. Ive been doing a small series on the passage of time and using motion to explore that theme. The time before the holidays feel especially charged with energy and emotions. Both frantic but also at times a quiet moment of reflection on our past, and wonder about the future.

Riley Nicholson
Vancouver, British Columbia
Searching for the beauty in areas between our destinations, in the industrial and liminal spaces that are both spectacular and without pretense, Riley Nicholson's work aims to capture these moments.
"Perhaps the things we take for granted are the most worth celebrating."
