I create my abstract paintings by laying down base layers of paint to define the composition and then injecting paints into the base layers to create effects. Next, I manipulate the paint using palette knives. This piece was inspired by a dearly departed friend who loved, colour and chocolate. I dangled the morsel of chocolate to express how fleeting life can be. Eat the chocolate...it may be your last morsel.
