About the Artwork
Pansies are said to be the flowers of friendship. Their pleasant little faces invite a happy response to their variety of bright colours in early spring. Pansies are a perennial in local gardens, and they also seed themselves, readily spreading delight in the garden. Depending on the climate, pansies enjoy cooler temperatures and do very well in spring and fall. Pansies are one of my favourite flowers!
