Having decided it would be a good idea to hire a young(er) neighbour to help me with some of the heavier work around the homestead, it didn’t take me long to ask if she would care to spend some of her working hours posing in the studio as a break from loading firewood… Hence the work clothes and the prompting of a theme. It’s been a long haul this summer, with the prolonged heat and more extreme mosquitos than we’ve seen in decades. I think we both deserved a studio break!
