This is my largest creation to date. I was invited to represent Canada at the inaugural Changsha International Sculpture Symposium in Changsha, Hunan, China in Sept/Oct 2014. There were 21 sculptors from around the world participating and we created our sculptures on a field in the Yanghu Wetland Park in front of over 100,000 visitors during the event. The collection of finished sculptures now grace the Park in various locations.

Michael Binkley

Binkley is best known for his original stone sculpture in a wide range of idiom, medium and scale. He strives to create artwork that entices the viewer to touch.
"I had my epiphany at the age of 20 to turn my artistic path to stone sculpture while in Florence, Italy after I witnessed first hand the unfinished works of Michelanglo. My first love is the human form, but I also enjoy creating abstracts and wildlife iimages."
