I tried to translate that feeling into color and movement, letting the background dissolve into expressive, vibrant strokes that reflect the layered emotions and experiences of a happy teenager’s world. Rather than focusing on perfect detail, I allowed parts of the painting to remain loose and fluid, just like memory itself, so the viewer can feel the lightness, spontaneity, and richness of that moment I witnessed and chose to hold onto through paint.
