About the Artwork

I can't get enough of Highland cattle! Our neighbours have an amazing herd and this one in particular caught my attention with her attitude. Mopsy is her name. She's young, her horns were just coming in. In the summer they actually shed a lot of their incredible hair they are famous for, which is why in this painting we can see her eyes! I'm lucky her humans welcome me and walk through the herd with me when ever I want to get pictures. They are such a friendly breed.
