Kathy Hildebrandt is a Calgary-based, internationally recognized artist specializing in contemporary realism. Primarily working in pastel, she also creates in acrylic, oil, and watercolor. Her work often features nostalgic themes, incorporating childhood memorabilia and idiomatic expressions. Hildebrandt has received numerous accolades, including multiple awards from the Pastel 100 and exhibitions at prestigious venues like the Vose Gallery in Boston and the Salmagundi Club in New York. She holds Master Pastellist status with Pastel Artists.CA and is a Master Circle member of the International Association of Pastel Societies.
