Grant Bay, near Winter Harbour on the north west coast of Vancouver Island looks pristine, but in an afternoon I collected a full sack of plastic from the wind swept beaches. Beside the path was a great bin full of human garbage collected by others.
Using recycled paper, I build landscapes of wildernesses to honour my First Nations heritage and remind others that we are part of this complicated and interconnected network of life.
