About the Artwork

A tribute to the humanely diverse among us. Two different stylistic approaches are combined to create this futuristic portrait of a uniquely human being. Flat, abstracted areas of vibrant colour interact with more softly rendered illusionistic forms. The face extends, suggesting a being who IS us yet extends BEYOND us, beyond our expected boundaries.
