In my painting the rushing water symbolizes life. The goldfish in the glass jar symbolizes cowardly people who are frightened of the current of life so they stay in their comfortable zone, never experiencing the joy-of-life journey . Another fish which is taking asylum by a rock, symbolizes the undecided and timid people. The two dancing salmons swimming against the flow of the river, symbolize the brave and determined people who take risks to achieve awareness, joy of life, power, freshness, and the creativity to make the things different; even if the journey ends up with death which is still a beginning to awareness and a new life.
