About the Artwork
This is a beautiful area to visit in all seasons. The warm and cool colours was a stunning view as I painted it from life earlier in January. The weather and lighting was surreal, ideal for winter Plein air painting.. The lead in road and beyond was a natural design element to lead the viewer through the Alberta foothills and it mount Glasgow.
