The sidewinder is only found in the Namib Desert of Namibia. As a regular visitor to this region, I have always been fascinated by the snake's slow progress moving at an angle, leaving scale imprints visible in its tracks.
Although venomous, one must appreciate its ability to create a masterpiece on the desert canvas.
Artwork is Recognized as meeting FCA Standards and is included in the online gallery only, not the physical exhibition on Granville Island.
