About the Artwork
The warm colours reference the heat of a fever that could be individual or global, passion or disturbance. This composition is guided by the painting process itself. Within a general concept, drops of paint in various colours are applied wherever the canvas suggests and built up in layers. The thick pigment reflects light in all directions, giving tremendous depth and luminosity.
