About the Artwork
Inspiration for this piece comes from two related mid 20th century abstract art movements: kinetic art and op art. Colour and converging and diverging intersecting lines create artistic tension and interest. I love seeing the vibration and slight bending of surfaces emanating from a very precisely painted piece.
