My work is inspired by warm sunny days, rising clouds, and the ever-changing atmosphere of the Okanagan landscape. Painting outdoors allows me to respond directly to nature and capture the fleeting effects of light, colour, and mood. Through oil painting, I seek to share the sense of wonder and connection I feel when standing before a beautiful landscape.
I paint light, atmosphere, and the feeling of being there.
