Rochelle is an Alberta based artist focused on creating realism with coloured pencils. Her works are detailed and true to life, capturing the emotion and personality of the subject. She started drawing at a young age, with her mother as an artist. Her first works were created in pastel, then graphite, and she now works in coloured pencil. Rochelle’s mission is to increase the positivity and joy in the world with every drawing she creates. Her current inspirations include drawing animals, children (she has so, so many photos of her own kids), and some pretty skyscapes (she loves seeing sunrises and sunsets.) Rochelle creates original works as well as custom commissions.
