Trained professionally as a graphic design illustrator in Toronto, with a graduate business degree, Nadine Baker’s passion for the arts and community eventually led her to management and consultation in the arts sector. As a founding Board Member for the Tett Centre of Creativity and Learning on the shores of Lake Ontario, she played an integral part in its creation and success, becoming Director for its first 6 years.
Baker’s immersion into the local arts scene has come full circle since retirement from her leadership at the Tett Centre. Returning her to roots as a visual artist herself, and determined to prove that age has no limits creatively, Nadine now generates dynamic paintings as a full-time professional artist in Ontario.
