Cindy Revell, SFCA

Sherwood Park, Alberta

Cindy Revell’s inquisitive birds, flowers, patterns and uncommonly coloured creatures come to life in gardens, interiors and still lifes. They fuse in an exuberant and spirited mix that implies ‘what if’ and ‘anything is possible’.

"Inspiration can be found in the pistachio colour of aspen trunks in the rain. the old fashioned flowers that I grow in my garden, and the red winged black birds near my pond. Simple things. I also find it in the old masters, folk, naïve art and global patterns."
