“David Hawkins, author of “Letting Go”, says “Letting go is like the sudden cessation of an inner pressure or the dropping of a weight”. He teaches how to let go of negative feelings and blocks and to unlock our innate capacities for happiness”. This painting typifies my process of letting go of a plan or an outcome, and just engaging with the immediate canvas and next steps to making a painting. I am hoping to take this practice back into my life so it can be as free as my art.

I am an abstract painter. I would describe my work as bold and energetic. Making abstract art is one way I connect to a deeper part of myself. Through a playful approach and a focus on process, I make art that speaks from my soul.
"Express yourself through art that is energetic and hopeful. Art attracts you by speaking to some feeling inside of you. I make art to inspire and to bring joy!"
