About the Artwork
I lived for years in northern Canada. In the spring, swans would arrive landing on ice free lakes. A sure signal that the long winter was over, that waterbodies were emerging for the icy season. The trumpeters swans would fly over and we would all stop and look up. Finally, winter was over. Oil on deep canvas.
