Lindsey was born and raised in the Cariboo having roots in both Quesnel and Williams Lake, BC.

Her love of painting began in childhood, but she picked up a brush in earnest just over ten years ago. With no formal training, she has learned and experimented with several acrylic painting techniques on her own, pulling different combinations together for each piece. Since adding the palette knife to her tool kit, her favorite subjects have been rich with textures such as old wood, rust, foliage and feathers, even adding texture to delicate flowers.
