This image is unframed at the moment but will be set on 1.5" birch panel. I used to live in Mission BC and on the main street in the old part of town there is a wonderful antique store which has been part of the town's history for a long time. Many beautiful old items are featured on their shelves and I would sometimes roam through the shop and recall all the memories of houseware items that I had in my home while growing up.

"In my painting I try to evoke the emotions that I feel when I experience the beauty of the BC landscape. I focus on the light and mood of a place, light can have so many interpretations and a paintings' meaning depends on the viewers' experience."
