About the Artwork
I was walking along the pier at Dana Point some time ago and chanced on seeing this scene. I photographed the beauty of this and created some digital paintings (which I did at the time). A couple months ago I wanted to capture a rawness to the quiet serenity by doing a graphite drawing study of the misty morning with fog rolled in.
