From an early age, Mariuccia displayed a natural talent for art, earning recognition from family, friends, and teachers and winning a High School Art Scholarship. Life took her through varied careers, marriage, and raising children, but her passion never faded. In retirement, she returned to her creative roots, and established a home art studio.

Specializing in photo-realism, Mariuccia works in pastel, and acrylic. Her subjects include birds, animals, still life, landscapes, and portraits. Each piece reflects her love for nature and her enduring joy in creating — a return to the place where she feels most at home, her art.
