I was driving in November near Cache Creek, BC, and was mesmerized by the way the lines the sky seemed to converge towards the sunset with the lines of the land. Being a coastal girl used to greens, I love seeing the golden colours of the mown fields of the Interior and the Prairies. It was a day of many roadside photo stops taken due to the stress of driving on icy pavement. Framed to 10.25x13.25 This piece was juried into the 2021 FCA Landscape Exhibit

Every day I experience something in nature that invokes a response: a need to create and express an instance in time. I love the challenge of creating texture, reflection, and light. I'm grateful to live where this is evident in abundance each day.
