Scott Pleydell-Pearce
Richmond, British Columbia
Scott started painting in 2012 as a means to get creative freedom separate from his career as a Director of Animation. Self taught he threw himself into the enormous challenge that is learning watercolours.
His style can be described as bold, energetic, dynamic. He has the ability to draw and paint very accurately and also turn his hand to a looser style as well. He is inspired by sunshine on an interesting subject which could literally be anything.
Scott prefers to paint En Pein air as much as possible.

Its all in the moment, that fleeting glance when the light hits just right and you find the perfect composition, then you capture the essence of what inspired you at that very moment in time, thats what my art is all about - Scott Pleydell-Pearce
