My aesthetic is all about the quiet beauty of plants, especially as seen through the lens of traditional botanical illustration. This watercolor painting of Echeveria laui shows the plant in soft pastel tones, with attention to its leaf shapes, symmetry, and plant parts—just like in old botanical ID guides I love so much and collect.
I’m drawn to calm colors, natural forms, and the slow, careful process of observing and painting each part of a plant. This kind of detailed study is my version of Botanical Aesthetic— it’s peaceful, thoughtful, and focused on nature’s design.
