About the Artwork
A group of Harbour Seals sunbathing on an outcrop of rocks. Harbour seals are a typically a solitary species but do gather in groups called Haulouts. They will gather on the rocks to elude the killer whales, sharks and sea lions who hunt them.
This painting has the option of being one half of a stacked diptych piece. The other half is titled "And A Hard Place"
