Cultures fascinate me because of their complex history as well as what they mean and say. Because of a fortunate collapse, a decorative element representing a culture or belonging to its background ended up there. Ethnicities have histories and portraits of their own. Today, my work depicts people overcoming a history of beautiful patterns while embracing a new era of collaboration and renewal.
