Though Olivia Burrage is a self taught Canadian artist, her career began in the art field as a commercial signwriter. This profession lead her to the film industry where she worked with her father on T.V. and movie productions.
Over the years she realized that her creativity needed further exploring, so she taught herself to paint in watercolor, oil and acrylic mediums.
Her work has been commissioned by many equine and pet owners who recognized her given talent. She takes pride in adding the prestigious equine racehorse "Royal Chocolate", winner of Canada's Queens Plate horse race to her commissioned portrait and Gallery Exhibition sales resume'.
Olivia Burrage signs all her paintings as her preferred childhood nickname "Livvy".

Animals and nature in any setting kept her creative juices flowing, but her love of horses inspired her to capture their beauty and free spirited personalities in her sketches and paintings. Each day she see's life through a new lense, and her future subjects can come from any place.
