Studied drawing at Douglas College and took watercolour painting courses at the Federation of Canadian Artists.
Favourite artists include John Pike,Edward Seago,Sir William Russell Flint,Alvaro Castagnet,Joseph Zbukvic,Trevor Chamberlain,and of course John Singer Sargent.

My goal is to capture light and atmosphere in my paintings to give a sense of place and time.
